Option 2 - Reduced Entry Cost with Exit Fees

• Purchase your home at a $50,000 reduction to the price list
• Sell your home whenever you are ready to, at market value, and keep any capital gains made
• Exit Fees - pay a fixed $50,000 fee plus 3% p.a. of purchase price over a maximum of 7 years
• Example: Villa 74 is $299,000. With Option 2, you would pay $249,000 to buy Villa 74 and if you sold after 3 years, your Exit Fee would be:

$50,000 + $249,000 x 3%  x 3 years  = $72,410.00
